These are based on a 100 grains point, if you use a 120 grains point you may need to use a stiffer spine shaft if you use a 80 grains point you may need to use the weaker spine shaft.
There are many things effect your right spine selection. We will briefly discuss these variables, and how they affect your arrow needs.

The first variable you need to know your actual draw weight. As draw weight increases or decreases, the spine will be changed as well. You may use heavier or lighter points to match the changes of draw weight.

The next things is arrow length. For practical purposes, we use arrow length above draw length. Since the recent trends have been toward drop-away style arrow rests which are mounted to the rear of the riser, arrow length and draw length are no longer evenly proportional. Given a specific arrow spine, an arrow that is shorter will be more rigid than a shaft of the same spine that is longer. The recurve archers need to look at the draw weight and arrow length to match on the spine chart.

All arrow selection and tuning are based on the final results. Sometimes, bare shafts and fletched shafts have a nice group. But the results is not same as archer's expectation. Remember the results are the most important things for archers. Follow your better results.
